Kris and Kristin both worked as social workers in long term care facilities before taking time off to raise their families. As life-long residents of Grosse Pointe, they saw a need in their community to find the best resources for seniors and families facing the challenges of aging.

As geriatric care managers (ALCA members), we take a holistic, client centered approach to caring for older adults.
We provide in-depth assessment of
our clients' needs to develop a
personalized care plan that meets their unique needs and goals. We use an established network of the best care providers in our area who are qualified and ready to assist.
- Coordinate Medicare covered in-home services
- Determine types of services that are right for each client, and provide quality caregivers and personal assistants
- Provide in-home services, cleaning, meals, personal care, shopping, and social visits
- Coordinate and attend medical appointments, as well as, in-home physician calls
- Refer or consult with trusted elder law attorneys and financial managers
- Assist with Health Care Advanced Directives
- Coordinate Hospice care
- Communicate and coordinate with family members on regular basis
